I have a question. Why is this game so insanely fun?!

The campaign has been doing a great job at keeping me occupied so far, while the community is hard at work on some fantastic levels.

Sadly, i'm not much of a creator myself. Otherwise i'd be pulling my own out there, too.

I wouldn't knock PlayStation Plus until you've gave it a shot. Their content offerings are actually pretty impressive.

In just a little over 6 months they've made all of these titles available for free: WipEout HD, Critter Crunch, Mushroom Wars, ZEN Pinball, Burn Zombie Burn, Shatter, all five episodes of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse, and Lead & Gold. I can't imagine any gamer (casual or hardcore) not having fun with most of those.

The Xbox 360 version was reviewed by Erik Brudvig, not Greg Miller.

Offline co-op only? Get with the damn times Guerrilla.

Those were simply pure gold! One of the funniest articles i've read off of N4G yet.

I desperately want to see a survival mode in Uncharted 3 where you have to fight off a seemingly endless horde of Drake's biggest fear, clowns.

As for the clown in Heavy Rain, he is definitely the most sinister. He KNEW Jason would go chasing after that balloon, inevitably getting hit by that car. It was his intentions from the beginning to find a susceptible child who would fall for his dastardly plot. Were there other victims before Jason? Who knows. One thing is for ce...

Angry Birds for $3.99? Lame.

Now if it was in 1080p on the PS3, and not just a Minis title, that would be completely different.

Although i'm more than grateful to be playing the game, and am satisfied with the quality and performance, I have to say, i'm vey disappointed in Bioware. I figured a developer of their stature would at least have the decency to be honest, oh how I was wrong. Did they honestly think that people would not find out for themselves? All they did was tarnish their reputation.

According to Jeff Rubenstein: "Gun shaped controllers or toys are almost never black, so they don’t look like real guns."

Who would seriously mistake this as a real gun? Even without the glowing ball at the end of it.

As interesting as it looks, I won't be picking one up until they release it in black.

Very comprehensive list, well done.

Personally, my game of the year was Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, hands down. Being a huge fan of MGS3, the story for PW absolutely blew me away. It truly was "the missing link" in the Metal Gear saga. It reminded me exactly why I adored the franchise in the first place.

It also boasted the most content in a Metal Gear game to date, with hundreds of extra ops missions, 2-4 player co-op, a secret ending to the ga...

Ditto, I had zero interest in this game for the longest time (being mainly a Marvel fan and all) up until a couple of months ago. It's really starting to get my attention.

I've had the beta downloading for 4 and a half hours now, but it finally looks to be nearing the end. I'm hoping for it to leave some good first impressions on me.

Really? You can't spot out his submissions from the title alone? I'm surprised it's not a prerequisite for N4G yet.

For everyone else experiencing this, a solution has been discovered. If you're a hotmail user, right click on the LittleBigPlanet 2 Beta invite e-mail from your inbox and click "view message source". The correct code should be displayed in there.

Hideo Kojima presenting Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for PS3 & 360, in its full glory. A man can dream, can't he?

Spot on review, in terms of my personal experience anyways. I had fun with it, and LittleBigPlanet fans are going to enjoy it all the same, but I really do wish there was a control scheme they could've used where it didn't require two people. Using the motion controller alone really wasn't all that fun for me.

I was also slightly disappointed with it running on the original LittleBigPlanet engine, but that's not too bad, because it also boasts some of the mo...

I think the biggest (and most under looked) problem with the game at this moment is the class progression system. As great as the game is in almost every other area, that's enough to put me off from playing it altogether. It's completely inaccessible, and will ultimately be the downfall of the game.

Sounds pretty cool, all they need to do now is implement this whole rewards program into the XMB, and make it available in Canada.

I'm so going to be using that one from now on.

I don't know about that, the split-screen in Resident Evil 5 was pretty odd too, and how exactly would they have got a shot of Sev from a first-person perspective? Unless it was from another player's point of view.

EDIT: Haha, looks like someone beat me to it, I guess I took too long looking for a decent sized screenshot.

Awesome, I was really interested in the first, but couldn't bring myself to play through the sloppy job they did with the PS3 port. I'm hoping this one will be like Vanquish, in terms of performance across different platforms.
