Yeah, it's really smart on Sonys part. Make friends of the indies and be respectful and helpful. Encourage and support them because one of these small indie developers could be the next NaughtyDog or the next Bungie.
People wont be laughing when 3 to 4 years down the road every independent developer is giving Sony exclusives or at the very least exclusive content.

I doubt most people care??? A indie title won Game Of The Year last year,beating out the big boy AAA titles.I think a lot of people forget (or try to deny)just how great indie titles are. To me and many people it doesn't matter; a game is a game no matter if it's free, low priced, or $60.00.

There will be 34 titles available for the PS4 between now and Christmas, and over half(17 or more)will only be available on the PS4.Meaning that the PS4 will be rolling out a lot of exclusive indie titles that wont be on the Xbox One...I fail to see how anyone can be confused by that.
I really want to play Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, but I'm fairly certain it's not a launch title. Unless I missed something it's still in heavy development with Sony Santa Monica assisting.

How the hell is it deception if Sony flat out told everyone it wouldn't be available???It would only have been deceptive if Sony would've said, "Oh yeah, you can use all those features."Knowing that in reality those features wouldn't be available at launch.

Yeah, all they'd have to do is show the logo for their next game and I'd pre-order it, pick it up at midnight, and that's without even seeing a shred of gameplay. That's how much I trust ND to deliver...The Last of Us was incredible.
The funny thing is that the actual PS community is nothing like this. Unless a lot of kids are moving to the PS4(possible seeing as it's the cheapest next-gen console) you should be fine. I game on PS3 and 360, and i'll be picking up both next-gen systems as well.

While I agree that there is more than enough for both systems. It is true that the Xbox has always been the go to place for most FPS fans, so not having a killer exclusive FPS at launch is a little weird to say the least.

It sucks because Titanfall does look like a pretty kickass game, but life goes on. I was going to wait until Halo 5 released to pick up my XOne now it looks like I'll be picking it up this March instead.

While I agree that MS getting exclusives is good for their users; I disagree wholeheartedly that they have a passion for games. To me it feels like they are to lazy to create their own games so they just throw cash around at "supposedly" platform agnostic publishers until they buckle under the weight of the money.
MS has two 1st party exclusives in Killer Instinct and Forza, apart from that they haven't made anything themselves for their brand new system...Who does that...
