I like the game I do, but some of these reviews that compared it to God of War (ign) are crackheads....lol It is a good Star Wars game;though after all the bad we've had its much deserved. It has a fair bit of technical issues though like bugs,pop in, and framerate problems. I'd say pick it up on black Friday and save yourself a few bucks, hopefully by then the technical issues will be patched. Just my opinion.
Love Soulsborne games, but they patched Bloodborne to make the loading better. That's what this game needs.
Yeah, when you die by falling off a cliff or not making a jump, but if you die in combat the loading is horribly long. I'm playing on PS4, and my brother is playing on PS4 Pro with the same issues, maybe its better on PC dunno.
My only real complaint is the LONG respawn times when you die in combat. Playing on Jedi Grand Master difficulty is hard enough without the 3 minute reloads.
Right, its almost dead even with Gears 5,Outer Worlds,and COD. People pretending its doomed and I just look at Gears like, well I guess your in trouble too....lol
The xbox fanboys are on metacritic right now review bombing it while fans are busy playing it, and ya know its still sitting at a user score of 6, that's pretty impressive.
If you're really curious I've driven the reverse trike and truck just as much as I've walked. It actually has a LOT of MGS DNA in it to. You'll use stealth to make it through BTs and Mule camps or shoot them with the bola gun or use blood grenades. I feel like the people hating on this game(Not saying you) haven't played more than a couple hours or watched gameplay from someone in the very early game.

User scores on meta are ALWAYS unreliable. Sadly you don't have to verify a purchase before reviewing a game. May sound strange but I always look at the verified purchaser reviews on Amazon if I'm on the fence about a game.

If you're an "old gamer" shame on you for the way you conduct yourself as an adult. If you're a child (far more likely) your parents should be ashamed of the way you're speaking to people.
Another funny thing is I've spent more time on the motorcycle than on foot so I have no idea why people are calling it a walking simulator.
I guess people don't think I'm enjoying it....lol 10 hours into it now and liking it even more. I can see how it wouldn't be for everyone but I love inventory management and exploration type games and this is definitely scratching that itch.
5 hours into it and LOVING it so far. The story seems like its going to be crazy good.

Lol Everyone complained about akimbo rangers. There is a perk, but the claymores have such crazy range its impossible to avoid them without just camping with claymores of your own. Thus, everyone ends up camping.
@chap You're ignoring the second point of my comment. A game not being fun by design is wholly different than a game designed to be fun but isn't. Heavy Rain,Detroit, and any telltale game ever made are not fun games... Superman64 was designed to be fun but wasn't, so it sucked.Telltales Walking Dead season 1 wasn't fun by design and won multiple GOTY awards. Just beat death Stranding yesterday morning and absolutely loved it. Are there things about the game I hate? Most definitely, but it is such a new concept that is executed so good that I'm willing to overlook these minor grievances. Is Kojima a little puffed up and prideful?Sure, but lets not pretend it affected Death Stranding in a negative way. Because according to reviews this "Divisive Game" is still just as good or better than all the other games that came out this fall.
