with an enlarged picture as I found it at Joystiq.com. If you read their article and update and look closely at the picture, you will note the two 360s are not turned on.

then the PS3 has an internal power supply. The power connector on the back is an industry standard power cord with PSU switch, just like on the back of your PC.

Apple recalling Sony batteries...stock sliding another 3 points....battery recall to cost Sony approx. $150 million.

so I will explain it s-l-o-w-l-y.
In the first 6 weeks that the HD-DVD players were available, they sold 33% more units than the Blu-Ray player sold in its first six weeks of availability. In other words, for every 3 Blu-Ray units sold, there were 4 HD-DVD units sold. Again, that was in the first 6 weeks for both. Now remember HD-DVD has been available for about 2 months longer than Blu-Ray.

when it comes to the price point question, it isn't just the HD-DVD players that are cheaper; the disks cost less also. Some HD-DVD movies are available for under $20.

Mitsubishi UFJ Securities is the Japanese Merril-Lynch, they just happen to be one of the Mitsubishi group's many holdings much like GM owns EMD Locomotive or GMAC Financial; that's why stocks dropped when they spoke.

is the Japanese equivalent of Merril-Lynch, note that Sony's stock dropped on their report. Mitsubishi has extremely wide and unrelated holdings much like GM or any number of other large multi-nationals.

what the lead in said, and take this with a grain of salt, until, at least, there is independent verification from other sources.

Some of the writers info seems, I don't want to say suspicious, maybe questionable. For example he states that "Production of the console itself is proceeding right on target.", but we know that last week Kas H. stated that production had not started and they had not yet set a solid date for it to start.

Just don't get yours...

output can look should go watch a few hours of Game Play HD. Unless of course you don't have an HD TV; in which, case why are you worried about the graphics on the 360 and PS3 at all? You won't be able to see them. You should just go by a new Xbox or pink PS2 or maybe a Wii.

Game Play has been running the PGR3 World Championships over the past weekend, and I must say, for a game that just barely qualified as HiDef, it was looking really good.
