They also thought it was a marvelous idea to insert root kits on millions of customer computers. Then when they got caught, and had to provide a way to remove it, they replaced it with another. They weren't concerned with the customer until they were sued and government investigations began. Yes Sony CARES about their customers.

Not saying a thing about who makes the better commercial for their product, I can safely say that over the last 8 years I have probably seen 10 times the number of commercials for Xbox products as for PS3 products. It's all in the cash available for marketing.
What is interesting is MS has spent about half of Sony's total value on their cloud system.
Actually, MS has invested in excess of $10 billion dollars in their cloud system. $700 million was just their most recent data center upgrade to one of the American based centers. The recently completed center in Ireland cost over $700 million as well.
Why is it hard to believe people can get past MS' mistakes? Apparently, its possible for most of the people on here to get past Sony injecting root kits into the computers of millions of customers. There is a difference between MS' marketing mistakes and Sony's corporate evil.
