I have no need for an XBOX 360. Why? I'm not interested in there lack luster library. I don't play that often and not to mention all the exclusives they have don't interest me at all. Microsoft's exclusives just lack in personality and depth.
Any multiplatform I can play, I can play it on my PS3. I feel that we are a tight-knit family as PS3 owners and I always feel at home.

As a long-time gamer, I do not support pirating games. Yes, games are $60.00 and such, but developers have to make a living too. They're people like us. We already have a chat room with mic/video capabilities why doesn't Sony just enable cross-game chat from there or enable a mic icon beside our name and if someone wants to voice chat with us they click that icon and a notice pops-up on the screen saying "do you wish to cross-game chat with this user". It's not hard.
That's the only reason why it's illegal( which is obvious). If Sony is to make money that must police the hack capability and exploit it and use it too they're advantage and make a profit off homebrew.
When you send your old PS3 in for repairs, they'll send you a new one or modify the old one. This means when your PS3's brick, you won't be able to transfer your game saves onto a usb, which means you will lose all your hard earned PS3 time. When they send it back to you, you will have to reformat which means even if you do get your game saves onto a usb key, the PS3 most likely won't recognize your game saves. Shit like this makes me want to buy a Microsoft XBOX 360.
