Looks fantastic on my Series X. The amount of detail and customization has never been so detailed, in any game/Sim before it!

Probably 90% of down votes are PS fans who hate all things Microsoft. I am extremely happy. I was flying around LA today( I live in LA) the details are incredible.

I will say some Landmarks will need to be properly scanned. Dodger Stadium didn't look so hot. However there are places you can fly to that are digitally scanned that look incredible. Either way this met all of my expectations! Flying over Six flags Magic Mountain, in a Sim was cool.

Playing Flight Simulator on Series X right now. I have a feeling I am going to be spending some cash on this. It looks fantastic!

Funny, PS sales would "plummet" , if released on PC day 1. Yet Most Xbox games are available on pretty much all platforms, and Game Pass day 1. Yet Xbox Series sales are blowing 360 sales out of the water.

The next 6 months Xbox has a TON of hard hitters releasing. Game Pass day 1. Halo and Forza 5 are probably the biggest. The Ascent, The Gunk, Left 4 Dead, 12 Minutes, Scorn, Shredders, Hades, PsycoNauts 2, Saber, Art of Rally, and Age of Empires 4.

When we're any of us talking about Spiderman? Does Spiderman, on PS5 have real-time weather? Real time Air traffic? Every single plane digitally scanned with extremely accurate flight controls? Does Spiderman have an almost completely accurate depiction of the entire WORLD?

Please tell us all how fantastic Spiderman is compared to an accurate depiction of almost EVERY AIRPORT and location, in the entire world. Fanboy!! Spiderman, compared to the most advanced Sim ever ...

That is completely WRONG! You can land on H20, as well as other surfaces! Why comment if you don't know what you are even talking about? Go to YouTube and watch the planes land!

Microsoft painstakingly made all planes as authentic as possible! They even scanned all of them. If it can land on water in real life it can also in game!

Uh,you do know ALL Xbox consoles have keyboard and mouse support. They also support flight sticks.

High end PC's don't run this game much better than Series X.

Flight Simulator is the most advanced Sim ever created! Real time everything! If it runs at 30fps, so be it. It is absolutely STUNNING on Series X!

Starting tomorrow the Xbox Family is going to be getting a ton of fantastic games all Game Pass day 1. The Ascent comes out Thursday.

This game is a true current gen showcase! The entire world, real time air traffic and weather. I watched a 30 min YouTube video, about the making of this. The effort the developers went through to make this Sim as authentic as possible is outstanding!

No it isn't. It will run via Xcloud on last gen Xbox consoles. Already confirmed. The Sim shouldn't, but it will. Not only Flight Simulator, but other upcoming Series Xbox games too. I think that is FANTASTIC! I have a Series X, but Microsoft taking the time to make sure current gen games run on last gen IS UNMATCHED by any console maker.

It will be. Just not yet.

I have Series X, but Microsoft is going to use Xcloud to get this up and running on last gen too. I am curious to see how they do it, and what the performance and visuals will be like.

If that is the case what benefits will Xcloud have for the newer hardware? I am only a little tech savvy, and have very little knowledge, on how exactly that works exactly other than you are streaming some assets of coarse.

I have Series X, and play all games that have 60fps in that mode. That is a ton of em.

Also it is funny. I was called a fanboy because I want a PS5. When I have had Series X since January. A PS4, Switch and gaming PC for years. Just haven't found a PS5 at MSRP.

When I first read this, I was very disappointed. If this is true it is a hard Pass for me. Glad I didn't pre order.

After reading that the Deck is shooting for 30 fps, I lost interest. I was going to pick one up after I find a PS5.

If you want to sight see, for fun you can use AI to pilot your Airplane or Copter. I know Helicopters are more challenging to fly.🙂

Looking forward to this! This is the most advanced Sim ever created. Real time Weather , Flight traffic and essentially a map of the entire world. So many places I want to fly over! Also looking forward to the introduction of Helicopters. It will be easier in a Helicopter to hover and take in the sights.
