Microsoft wants to make sure they get the sales. Running this game on a lower end PC, you are definitely getting a lot less current gen assets. Horizon 5, looks fantastic on current gen hardware.
I wouldn't bother. The entire game was developed around the Wii U gamepad. The gamepad made the game unique. With that no longer in play, this game will be a 6/10 at best.

Too many haters passed the OG version of this game up. Higher resolutions and better textures, will not make this game better, when the entire concept of the game was developed with the use of the Wii U gamepad.
Yes, I only have a PS4. I apologize. I should have clarified that. I want a PS5 though. Even the UI on my X1X, is much better than the UI for my PS4. It is easier to get around, and faster.

I stand by my comment though. Xbox One and Series consoles UI, is much better. At least than the UI on my PS4. The menus are better, just maneuvering around, in general is faster and much more user friendly. I could care less who agrees, it is true.
I hope Sony improved its UI for PS5. Microsoft has constantly updated and upgrad...
November 5th and December 8th. Those are the biggest days in gaming for me. Horizon 5 and Halo. I am really hoping the Halo campaign is great. They should show more soon.

I don't have a PS5 yet, but most of this is already available on Xbox Ones and S/X. The UI is way better on Xbox than my Playstation. It is faster, and more user friendly, hands down.
There is a pretty big difference using Dolby Atmos, and Vision. I now stream content through my Series X, because the difference in streaming 4K HDR content looks and sounds better than streaming straight from my TV. I also mostly stream music though my X as well.
I am not sure why movies and games look and sound marginally better through my X, over streaming the same apps natively through my TV. Going from streaming Netflix on my TV, to streaming it through my X there is ...
Microsoft is bringing some Series games to all Xbox One consoles, via XCloud. One is Flight Simulator. I guess the XCloud makes up for the Xbox Ones lack of power, to run the game smoothly. There are several Switch games that use that kind of tech. Control, and Hitman 3. In Japan they also use the cloud to run Assassins Creed Odyssey and RE7.
Pretty sure the campaign will look much more detailed. This still looks good, and 120fps is fantastic.
Dolby Vision is just a superior form of HDR. Even games running at 1080p can use it.
Super hyped! This is going to be epic! Pretty steady 120fps on SX! I hope there campaign is good. Honestly I didn't care much for Halo 5's, but am hoping Microsoft knocks it out of the park with Infinite!
I am still looking forward to Horizon 5 a bit more than Infinite. I am going to have a lot to play this fall. Hell if I end up finding a PS5, I might not sleep for months, because of all the great games.
I have seen plenty of 10s for Death Straining. A game I think looks fantastic, but absolutely hate the "gameplay". I get why some like it, but it just wasn't for me. I am still very impressed with the Graphics the game has, even on the base PS4.

These screen shots look great. Bayonetta 2, for Wii U still looks really good. The video released this week, probably didn't do the game justice. If Bayonetta 3 looks as good or better than 2, on Switch I will be happy. More importantly if 3 is as much fun or even more so, I will be pumped! 2 was fantastic!
Honestly, this should not have been approved, without Series S/X in its title! This is not a PS5 exclusive!
Looks great! It is also coming to Series S/X though. The new Gen update drops January 21st.
PS5 and Series X are no longer cutting edge tech. PC's have already pulled ahead. That happens every time a new Gen releases.
Switch may not be a power house, but it has some great games.
