Never watched Twitch, never will. No one can call themselves a true gamer if they watch someone else play, I am not talking about when you and your buddy's organised a game day where you watch each other play, that is more of a hangout.
I did read the article and I can promise you that I will not spend a cent on a game supporting gaas, thats how strongly I feel about the practice.
Now you will say that I will be missing out on a lot of games then, well, between my family, job and other activities I dont get the chance to play as much as I want, thats why I will be putting any free time I have for gaming into SP only games i.e. Playstation games.
That sucks as I was interested in this game but now its a straight-up pass.

I am almost purely a SP gamer so for the moment at least this wont affect me but I must say gaas is the biggest load of crap to ever rear its ugly head in our community and what really saddens me is there are suckers who fall for this.

No more than 3 hours ago I listened to a podcast from CrapGamer and earlier to BMG, two Xbox channels voicing their grievances and quite rightly so.
Thankfully though Feminist Frequency is a dying channel and Sarkeesian is becoming more and more irrelevant with every passing day.
I have no problem with female protagonists some of my favorite characters are women but Its articles like these that make me feel that I dont buy any game with a female character in it because I dont want anyone to shove their ideology down my throat just for the sake of it.
Damn, enough already! Why is it that everyone is complaining about Sony's lack of "crossplay" except Sony's gaming community?
