Also I own 100% exclusives and about 30% multiplats for the PS3, also giving me fairly large library, the only difference being, I still own a PS3 so for me the BC argument is moot.
Well yes and no. There are many encounters in U4 where you can decide, are you playing an action/adventure or are you going stealth, do you want to kill hundreds of men or just a few, you can even stealth past encounters without firing a single shot.

I think they monitor the gaming sites, then they throw something out there like saying that "exclusivity is a thing of the past" they then check gaming sites and when they see its being received poorly they say "people dont like this, quick change the story"

The unfortunate thing is that most of the Xbox fanboys thinks that all of a sudden games like COD, GTA, BF, The Witcher etc, will be exclusive to Windows 10.

The point of building a PC before getting an Xbox1 is quite simple, PC games are considerably cheaper than console games, a fact that Xbox fanboys love to omit from their arguments.

How will this hurt Sony when they have the best exclusives in the world. This is Sony's strategy, give their fanbase what they want and that is games. They know its not just about power because great gameplay will always best great graphics. First of all smartphones are for the very very casual gamer.
Secondly "PC gaming has left consoles behind in terms of technology." Perhaps but in terms of quality games? Well the PC has allot of catching up to do because the PS4 has left it well and truly behind.
