but only the idiots are to blame for buying all the extra bs that you don't need and can get by just playing the game....
because that's what trolls do....
um.....wii u better have better versions of every game, why is this a news article?
when ps4 comes out you'll NEVER read an article saying, ps4 version is better than ps3 or 360....
$600 or not, I'm still buying it on day 1.
And either way, I'll be buying a very large SSD drive to go with it if it has a smaller one or standard one to save on costs.
This was probably their best announcement since the ps1 came out.
The only thing people are mad at is that they have to keep their ps3 this time around to play what they have already, so the fk what?
there are very little hacked ps3's compared to 360/pc owners pirating games
I guess as long as they're making money off the 360/pc platforms they'll make it for those two anyway, but if it ever got to a point where they never made a profit from either of those two they should simply stop making games for it.
you mean not limited to last gen like 360, ps3, and wii u...
so what?
BF3 had more variety...
I just wish there were more maps like Aftermath and more jungle maps like BC2/Vietnam...
anyone that owned a ps2 and played online had a usb headset. They all pretty much played socom or a ea sport game online.
Somehow the communication aspect was lost when going to ps3. You could still use those headsets, they just didn't.
In fact, the ps3 could use almost any usb or bluetooth headset, but many were either too cheap or too lazy to hook it up...
I just hope there's a quick mute option for all games with ps3, like live. So...
This will be the first playstation I keep once the new one releases.
It was nice to be able to keep any old games and use them on the new system, but I'm not complaining that I can't do it this time around.
The touchpad will easily bring over any touchscreen android game, that's the biggest thing I see happening.
The controller looks great and I'm glad it does because the leaked pics looked very cheap, like some poor 3rd party controller.
And like always, Day 1 buy from me.
I have never felt compelled to play any games on my computer.
I have never wanted to have the most powerful computer.....just for games.
I like sony because they offer a lot of games you can't find elsewhere
I don't care about MMO, RTS, or SIM games so that pretty much makes gaming on the pc useless to me.
Don't disagree because I didn't include you in my opinion of games.
it's not a battle when there's no contest.....
I like watching bluray, paying to play online, and not having more than a couple standout titles on my 360.
I also liked returning my 360 every other day before I bought a slim because I like wasting money on newer consoles of the same. But I haz free replacementz tooo yo!
I had a 360 before ps3 came out, just to give it a chance and never intended on keeping it and it did nothing to convince me to keep it, just like the Wii.
Playstation has nev...
I'm currently playing the GoTY version. I have 2 dlc packs to beat before I finish the last mission.
One of the better games out there despite the occassional in game hiccups/freezing
I have fallout new vegas ultimate edition next in line.
@golden monkey
I gave my 60gb to my sister and kept the new slim for myself....
obviously you're an idiot
um no....
that's like saying the psp go was the first next gen portable, ahead of the 3ds and ps vita...
I don't want to jinx my systems, but neither my launch 60gb or slim(2nd gen ps3) has had any malfunctions like that.
my ps2 was sent in once or twice I can't remember, but I stuck with them because of the games.
xbox owners can't say the same, not sure why they hung around microsoft this whole time.
I spent $600 on a ps3 that will have lasted me 7 years
I will gladly spend another $600 on a ps4.
Hell, people with 360's/live have spent much more than that on their launch console, let alone how many after they RRoD after their warranty replacements...
I don't know the last time I've used a CD...besides for my car...
