Oh man I remember the way I was hooked to MW1. RPD was my favourite weapon and I shot down several helis with it. Such a perfect online game for that type of hunger.
After MW1 COD has been BS pretty much. I turned to BF:BC and lately BF3. My time with BF3 has been limited (to zero pretty much) though ever since my wife gave birth to our 3rd child. Our baby girl is 10 months now and I'm finally getting back to gaming a bit. TLOU has stolen the spotlight from BF3 though.......

One of all time greats for me. I'm hooked to the online now. It kinda grew on me after trying it. Now I can't wait to put the kids to bed and fire up some online action. I only finished the campaigne once so I'll be busy with this baby for a good while.
7+6+6+8/4= 6.75 as average. Still they scored it at 86%. Kinda weird but hay I'm not complaining. I haven't played a DW game ever. Maybe I should..... any recommendations?

Ummm...PS3 was sold taking a huge loss on every console sold. Where is the bloodsucking in that?
Sony was arrogant with some of their comments for sure. They targeted the competition though. MS targets the consumer with their arrogance and that's like a million times worse when you are trying to sell the console to said consumers.

It's funny to read people like Johnny crying about PS-fanboys about the missing headset. Had they been here in 2005-2008 they would know that it was the x-fans who kept on going about the silent psn and bitching about missing headsets in the PS3 skus. Aint karma a bitch is all I can say.

Sounds like you are doing quite well money-wize and to think that you are only 4 years older than me and retired.

The best part is that everything is so damn expensive here in Finland. Gas is 1.68 euros per litre (that's about 11.4 euros per 100 kilometers driving with my car).
Our monthly expenses are about 250 euros for gas, 800-1000 euros for food (I have a wife...
Yeah some of the people from our age group (30 somethings) still has that mentality that gaming is only for children. They are stuck in the nes-era when all the games LOOKED childish. smh.
I wish we get a whole new MS after this console nosedives (hopefully)completely. As they are MS is nothing but a parasite to this industry ever since x360 launched imo. They always give less than they take.
I disagree with both of you. I'm playing FF7 through right now and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. Just working on getting Omnislash from battle arena. Just got Shadowflare from ultima weapon for all 3 enemy skill materias. This time I'll play this thing through for sure. There's much nostalgia but to me the game mechanics have not aged one bit.

I can see what you mean, but if you are indeed going solely on the agree to disagree ratio you are walking on a veeeery thin ice. Hell if someone says a fact about ANYTHING it gets disagrees. If someone says that we need oxygen to live he still gets disagrees.

MS has no foundation/backbone/ethics in this industry. They even trample on their own friggen fanbase to get to more profits. I have never ever seen as flip flopping company as MS has been with it's X360 and now with Xbone even before it effing launches.

I can't wait to see the sales. The x-fans will end up with an egg on their face once again. This time there isn't even that much competition between the two. PS4 will most likely lead by 5 million console after the first year. The sales for XBone will flatline after 6 months guaranteed. Unless ofc MS does something drastic and drops the price by 100 dollars after getting beat up 6 months straight.
