If I buy a console and I notice that throughout a whole gen(last gen) no exclusives for my console get GOTYS but the other console does, I would feel like I'm missing out and therefore my loss.

The Xbox One Elite Controller is way too overpriced imo. The extra features, that are not many compared to the PS4, do not justify such a high price.
But then again, it's Micro$oft we're talking about here.
Still, the highest rated next gen game is on PS4.
