I rented the first one and played about 20 minutes of it and put it back in it's cover and took it back. This looks as boring as the first one. The enemies are to far away, even when your using a scope. How can a game be immersing when your running for ten minutes and hitting ants from across the map.
Ghost Recon seems to be the last beacon of hope for me. I miss those old Recon games...nobody makes games like that anymore...even Ubisoft...O_o

I wouldn't call it a trainwreck but it was very,very close. I would say Dice saved the game from being a trainwreck...having said that, I have NO faith that Danger close can make a modern day fps. The game play in the single player campaign was for the most part brutal...how many times can you post up at a door...lol...ALL the Unreal 3 game play from the sp looked really bad. I hate to agree with Biggest on anything, but I was shocked at how average looking the game was. I think the footage that has been shown may be the Pc version. I really hope it's a demo thing.

Kinect at the moment is doing exactly what M$ wanted...bring some of the casual gamers to the Xbox 360. Casual gamers have made the 80+ million selling Wii the top console this gen. The next wave of Kinect title's, starting with E3 this year will hopefully show a better understanding of the tech...only time will tell. What's the rush, the thing only launched 4 months ago and has moved 8 million units.
THq says Kinect has a rosy future...E3 will explain why.

The rumor is that Bungie will be showing the game at E3 in a couple of months and that it will be available in 2012. Sounds to me like they are starting to leak some info on purpose to build a little hype. I hope they show some game play at E3.

I really like the sounds associated with Crysis as well, especially the nanosuit voice. The article was very well articulated and I agree wholeheartedly that it fits in nicely with the design of the game. The weapons also have a nice, muted quality that is soft on the ears. Over all the soundtrack appears to capture the feel and look of the game. Any decent game has to have a decent soundtrack and this game certainly does. Can't wait till March 22 to give it a go.

The xbox 360 is a pirated system. COD Black ops has sold 10+ MILLION...that's MILLION...copies. It was pirated a reportedly 960,000 times...Sorry, build a good game, market it well and it will sell all the copies you need. MW2 has sold well over 20 million copies. Blaming Piracy and used games is silly. people don't trade in good games...lol
I like Crytek and think Crysis 2 will do really well but if the game is full of bugs, is really short, has a dumb stor...

The more these guys deny that they are even thinking about the next gen, the more I think it's around the corner. I have always believed that the new systems would be announced as soon as E3 2011 and that 2012, assuming the world doesn't end, would be the beginning of the next gen.
There is no doubt that Nintendo has to release and will release a new system...the question is...will the other players launch a new machine. What about Apple??? Will they get ...

Having played the beta on 360...Crysis looks incredible...at times. The level of detail and all the things you can do in the game and in the game world is fantastic. This is the 360 beta..it's also how it will look on PS3...Hmmmm...

I think KZ 1 was influenced by Half-life and Halo as they were the 2 biggest games at the time. Remember, KZ 1 was suppose to be a Halo killer...not quite, even many years later.

...Will look exactly like the 360 footage and game play. Comparing the 360 Crysis beta graphics to the KZ 3 beta graphics shows that Crysis is on a different playing field.
I keep hearing how the Single player graphics will be better...fine. Plan on downloading the KZ SP demo now that it's finally FREE and believe me, if it's better than crysis Beta multi-player, I'll be the first to say so...BUT...this is going to be hard to beat...ALL IN REAL TIME.....

A new high end console is needed RIGHT NOW. I think that those gamers out there that care about great graphics and real time, in game graphics would buy one easily. The current consoles can still exist for the casuals but many gamers are ready for the next big thing...
Honestly, these guys are making a big mistake by not coming out first with a high end machine capable of running the best graphics possible. I hope to here something at E3...there is no doubt Nintendo...
