Sega does a better job than Square these days. FF versus XIII will be multiplatform.
People should of got Yakuza 3 a PS3 exclusive, it had the characters, story and exploration that FF XIII lacked (it didn't bother me much because FF X was linear too).
Vince McMahon can do the honours.
No no you got it wrong, we will get articles saying firmware 3.61 bricked my PS3 lol.
Both are very good. Chains of Olympus is short. Ghost of Sparta has a great story. Ready at Dawn did an excellent job in working for the PSP by pushing the system to the limits.
MGS Peace Walker and Portable Ops, even the Syphon Filter series need to get this treatment.
MGS PW would be good playing online with others on PS3.
Good review. I need to get this game, this game has been on my radar for a while. I love games with replay value especially sandbox genres.
Have you tried Just Cause 2? You might enjoy that.
Tip: If you are going to write any more reviews, do them in Word and copy and paste them on here. That's what I did for my Yakuza 3 review, you don't need to worry about spelling errors that much.
Great review, you explained the game very well. I think you did a better explaination of the pacing and environments than me.
Once you learn the counter moves, you become unstoppable once you know how to time and execute them.
Try out Yakuza 4, a great Japanese game from Sega. You can read my review on Yakuza 3 on the homepage. Yeah LBP 2 is a great game I enjoyed it more than the first one.
Is Debut any good?
@I find it funny
I think it's useful if you do not want to play older consoles on the HDTV. I use a capture device to play PS2 games on the computer because PS2 games look horrible on the HDTV even when you use component cables (image looks sharp but still some jaggies).
The map seems similar to the first True Crime: Streets of La game.
@Figboy, the police scanner reminds me of Yakuza 4 (Tanimura but no karma system) and True Crime which you get a karma system like Infamous 1.
I'm not really looking forward to this game. I think you beat it once and never complete it again but that's just me.
Black Ops didn't have the near death moments at the end like MW, MW2 and WAW which I thought was good.
Hopefully the USA missions are not tacked on like in MW2.
RDR sounds like a jet engine going off when playing it on the PS3 older models lol.
Nothing really interests me on the 360 or Wii.
I agree, I hated some of the ribbon achievements for PW, most required Co-op and Adhoc playthroughs. I have my PSP but I rather the game on the PS3 due to some online components. However I loved the soldier recruitment from Portable Ops with Wifi.
I don't think Gears is milked. The game that is milked is Mario, Street Fighter and maybe Yakuza/Ryu ga Gotoku.
Story wise Ghost of Sparta is better, I was addicted to Chains of Olympus more than Ghost of Sparta. Chains of Olympus is shorter than Ghost of Sparta.
I agree I loved WCW Revenge.
So true, he makes the company a lot of money. I think the storylines and the young talent they have got get pushed aside (well Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio) makes the older fans hate the product more.
You also forgot the Hooker *Shit I'm sweating* :P
