Unfortunately, I don't think it's so easy, GC remake was part of an exclusivity deal with Nintendo(final terms undisclosed), to try and regain the hardcore audience from the PS fanbase.
Furthermore, even Virgin had some RE1 ownership rights in EU, that alone, caused that RE1 couldn't be released in the PS Store until now.It is a saga desmembered by legal vultures.

Perhaps you all knew this already, but a quick look at wikipedia's article about the Frostbite 2.0 confirms Tile Based Deferred Shading and MLAA for the PS3 version of BF3.
Why the hell would you want HDR having KZ's special kind of deferred shading which allows for dozens and dozens more of light sources?
