So, let me get this straight: it took years for this to show up on the PSN, supposedly because of legal clearances, localization and bug polishing.
Now finally comes out, a 2D Sprite Game from 1995.
It has load times.
On a PS3.
A high price tag.
And no one at Squeenix thought all of this was a big deal.
Master Race blaming consoles for RAGE glitches incoming 3,2,1...
You might want to get your hands out of your trousers, the tech demos were nothing to write home about.
Been reading from the Super Dictionary again?
Translation: "We ran out of memory before we could achieve better graphics; buy our game"
Yeah, clusterf*ck big time.
Better learn from Rocksteady and Criterion next time, you people sound too much like Crytek.
"In fact, the game that comes to mind is Katamari Damacy"
Not at all, Katamari's style is quite different.
Art director here was "inspired" by *drumroll* LBP.
In fact, it is quite a ripoff, If you can't see that you either did not play LBP or...well, you...might be blind or have a very short term memory.I really don't know how else to put it, there's not euphemisms left for this.
Wha...? disagree? is he not trying to get people to buy their game with such statement? ok:
He does not want people to buy his game.
Just trying to get people to buy their game.
Exactly, something similar happens with other FPS's
That's nice and all, but this technology is just a refinement of Stephen Hawking's talking device, which he controls that way.
What about researching a real neural interface? It might be decades off, but hey, nothing's impossible.
Did I ever tell you the definition of Irony?
You're right.
I was just fearing they would sacrifice speed for quantity this time around.
Preferences aside, IMHO, I think Nintendo still has a lot to prove in this generational leap, sales aside.
I was personally underwhelmed on many levels by Wii.
Remake or bust
A lot more RAM compared to... current gaming consoles? problem is, Wii is a "current gaming console" and say, even surpassing 360 and such, 1024 of ddr3 would not be exactly stratospherical.
Higher speed/bandwidth memory? that's another story, It better be that way for Nintendo's sake.
This is getting to Crysis 2 levels of idiocy
Meat lover 1: "T-Bone is the best, is always the best part of the beef"
Meat lover 2: "Not at all, I enjoy ground beef hamburgers better"
ML1: "You know nothing about beef, you know nothing about FOOD, T-Bone is the best, and it will always be"
ML2: "Ok, will you let me enjoy my..."(ML1 interrupts)
ML1: "I just bought 7 buckets of Sirloin, HA!, cause I'm the best (goes on a ram...
Oh, come on, lighten up. I'm about to get an i5 with a 6850, I guess that makes me a worse human than you, since you have a much better rig mmmh? Also, I don't have an Iphone, I just plain suck, I guess.
Some of you just need to feel everybody is jealous of your belongings, that reflects in a lot of PC only "gamers", but in the end it's just an unavoidable part of human behaviour that, I'm sorry to say, I don't envy.
Pity is a mu...
They're not the same, they're magical on PC.
Really, they jump at you like a colorful 90's Sunny Delight ad infographic, and then a cyborg lady comes and licks your manhood while moaning "Yes MASTER, You're THE MASTER RACE, you just bought an i7, a GTX580 and 2x4Gb 1866Mhz CL6 Corsair memory modules, EVERYBODY CARES about it, so go brag on N4G and then DO ME"
Disclaimer:*your experience might vary slightly if you're not a retarde...
We get it, PC is better at everything, EVERYTHING.
PC DESTROYS.
If you make a competitive LAN party or something then yes, might be contextually considered a "sport".
However, gaming itself is not a sport, its existentialist implications are much deeper than that.
It is a temporal evasion of death, by living in other worlds created by us.
A brief moment of immortality through our power to imagine, the only and true complete empathy in which we choose to become absolute puppet masters or puppets.
