I noticed one was spawned in a friends game at Trevor's airfield along with a titan on the runway. hes only about lvl30 too.
I'd like to see how long it takes to get into a game from the 'xmb'
I'm glad you're not too.
you and pick up four 1080p monitors for less than £400 it should be 5000 at the most
we might as well go back to blocky mono tone textures with no shaddows and single point lighting effects then if we were to listen to you.
apparently people just disagree with facts, thekhurg.
what he said is true, you will not beable to play, lets say bf4 on your steam machine, as it wont be out for Linux. it will be able to stream the game from your Windows pc to your steam box, which will be the only way to play non Linux games, and thats alot of games.
steam machines will require a Windows pc to stream frm to play any game that isnt on the linux os
well at least its a messy beta and not a messy retail version.

in 10 years we can only imagine what games are going to look like and how we will interact with them. oculus rift is nearing and im glad I can upgrade my gpu if I need to. face it in 10 years the games that will release will need alot more power then the ps4 or Xbox one can give, to even run on minimum. then theres the screen upgrades for hightler res in the next few years, where as you will be stuck on 720p and maby 1080 if your lucky for the next 7-8 years. 4k was achived years ago on pc. a...

I was Michael and stood in front of a cop, no guns out and got a wanted star. Literately just standing there was considered a crime.
"The GTX 790 is rumored to have a 768 Bit bus"
That's not how sli works. The gtx790 will be two 780s one the one pcb, but the bus width will still be 384. Just because there is two gpu chips and twice as much vram chips, it doesn't mean that the bus width is doubled.

I wouldn't say 1280 X 800 is an acceptable resolution to show off screens of an engine.
Giving the processing power that is available to devs these day I would be expecting at least 1080. Higher would be better.
If we can get those in a proper resolution it would be great.

"Today, a single HD 7990 cranks out 8.20 TFLOPS of computing power before we even talk about multi-carded setups and overclocking. That's 445% more computing power just for a single card."
The 7990 is a dual gpu card. Its two 7970s on the one pcb rather than two separate cards. Also the HD8000 series is already out and is only available as oem cards.
