While its true a compromise could of been made who knows if that would of lead to a weaker format, he clearly painted sony to be a villain though and at the end sounded bitter lol.

lol the ps2 was not an overnight success it took years before it dominated I remember and if you look up launch articles by time on ps2 they are practically identical to the negative ps3 ones they wrote more recently.
Japan actually was in a recession awhile longer then US , euro etc. It seems to be rebounding a bit earlier too. Sony just makes long term plans and sticks to them as best as possible.
DVD's are not needed for games , hell neither are CD's. We could play games on floppy.
seriously , you want an HD console, HD games, why not have an HD medium? One day There will be a game so ambitious it will span 3 BD's.
Gaming needs BD's. Its good that now we adopt so that in the future this tech will have the advantage of being in use so long , Blu ray drives will become faster and cost less to manufacture and use greater capacity BD's and more space as history...
reminds me of those EA games Desert strike , Jungle strike they where good IMO at the time.
I would not sell my fat60GB for any less then ...no I would not sell it. Maybe if you offered something crazy like $600 or more and you could get one on ebay for less then that so...
Slim looks sexier then any console aside from a PS3 fat IMO. It is so durable and compact looking though I almost like it just as much as the older sexier version.
looks a lot more refined then the 1st redsteel controls which where terrible. Which a big problem was in order to turn the camera you had to swing the wii so that it pushed the screen to left or right and it was just to sensitive and you got overturn.

I think its really because the ps2 is still on the market and they realize they want to keep selling ps2's awhile longer.
When GT5 added nascar did you see a pic of real life nascar on the story ? No they use actual GT5 screenshots its that simple.

I don't see why its so hard to understand , look at the title of the story and see the story pic ...is that story pic the screenshot of which the story is about no its a RL shot of a RL car, this is a gaming website should we not be seeing the actual screen shot?
shoot I approved the story but later came to realize the pic used for the story was not the screenshot but a real life pic...
why use the real life pic as the story pic on n4g is all I was saying so touchy.
If GT5 or a Madden 2010 story posted a real life pic for the story I would trip too. Spinning like Hurricane Bill sheesh.
don't blow a gasket it is just plain misleading to post a real life pic in this instance, reading the title and looking at that pic I honestly thought that pic was in game for a second and was mislead and I do not frequent forza 3 pages looking for flaws lol. If a GT5 story posted a RL shot I would say wait a min too.
