Sony's plan has always been for the ps3 to outlast the others they knew they would not launch and instantly lead. Its a steady grind as always and in the end they likely will lead again. The price point and time of ps3's launch reveals this strat....come on. Sony always packs there console with the latest drives they can thats just part of sonys history.
ps1 was going to be a joint nintendo product utilizing cd. ... nintendo didnt like that idea though.

TV isnt a region free deal I guess. Would be under cutting the cable industry.
Yah Final Fantasy 13 will sell millions of consoles same with alot of the rest of sony's big IP's.
Thats MS problem they got some heavy hitters too. None with a Legacy like what sonys pushing in 08 though except the 3rd party games that were previously sony exclusives like DMC4.
XBL is showing its not worthy of a fee especialy when UT3 and Home comes along. If MS wants to contend in the future they better come with a free service IMO.
This service has already been going on for folks in US so if it was going to kill blu-ray and HD DVD it would of done so by now, no ?
Main problem with this idea is the high cost of 360 HDD's IMO its not really consumer friendly at this point. My 360 HDD is full as it is and theres no way im paying for 1 of those 120 gb HDD's Thats a rip off.

I think alot of reviewers must be waiting for 08 to start giving ps3 games the perfect/or close to perfect scores. Just giving 360 library a clear 07 victory. Which it should get since its been around longer.
PC gaming still rocks for me. Though consoles are starting to show comparable features especialy ps3.
PC game prices are 10 bucks less for alot of multi plats and they look better on the right pc. Still has the best online and mods too.
Uncharted's art direction may look better then crysis' but crysis' has the better AA, physics, etc. IMO. Uncharted fauna/flora < Crysis fauna/flora. I seen jaggies in Uncharteds leaves and crysis trees can be torn down by gunfi...
I got all 3 consoles and I have to say ps3 is building momentum and once Sony gets going its unstoppable. Thats why MS strategy was to burst first IMO.
Wii is the console that needs to prove its worth IMO. Because Im in the 25 year old + range ive grown out of Mario and even Ratchet would be a tuff sell 4 me.
The online play is lacking compared to its competitors and it wont ever reach the graphical quality.
Its going to have to live by its control...
Sony put the hardware mack hand down... Ive never had a problem with the 60gb and firmware updates are bringing some much improved features all the time. The 07 line up was aight and 08 line-up is gonna be 10x better. So everything is good , good IMO.

PS3 will do great next year. They have their work cut out for them catching up. PS3 does look like it will carry on the Sony playstation legacy and out last its competition while bringing great games year after year.
I too think its great that they are in a position where they have to cater to the fans and make sure they put what we want in future firmware updates etc. Nobody likes company's getting c0cky.
Yah 08 line-up is like a wet dream really. Home in spring. Just hope theres no delays.

You can just make or find a wallpaper related to the theme and use it with the theme. Which is cool cause sometimes theres pretty good themes w/not so great wallpapers.
In CoD4's case there is wallpapers available on psn store. So you can use the Cod4 theme off www.psu.com. Then use 1 of the wp's off psn store with it.
www.ps3theme.net allows theme downloading straight from ps3 web browser to PS3 HDD.
They dont have that many themes there yet though.
Look in your settings part of your XMB , you will see theme settings. In Theme settings you will see an Install option and all the themes you have on your ps3. Install and then apply the one you want to use.
Thats the year the PS3 will finaly see a FF7 remake IMO. I will trade in my 360 for store credits and get this new MS console in 2011 if this prediction is correct.
The season who wins the holiday season .... IMO the holiday season is likely to augment all 3 consoles sales.
