I remember having issues with when I turned my PS3 off via the psp/remote play it would come back on by itself. It stopped doing that somehow I don't know what the issue was.
I do not have kids but I have a code active so that you can't use the web browser with out the passcode. To keep out local snoopers.

Ive had netflix/Starz on my pc for awhile now. Its got some good stuff and a whole lot of crap movies you could not pay me to watch. Good service though while you wait for discs to get to yah.

EA would lose way to much money on initial hardware investments, and in the long run they would also sell much fewer games if they only sold there titles on a single console.

I think im going to go with R2 next month as my next purchase. I will put LBP and a PS Eye on my christmas list. If I could afford it right now I would snatch up LBP w/the quickness day one. broke right now though since I started christmas shopping early.
I spent hours just creating one object. Stayed Up over 24 hrs creating lvls. excellent beta there was some issues but thats what beta testing is for. Great game. It will be the game that makes me buy a ps eye. To make custom assets for my levels. It is up there with MGS4 I can't pick favorites between the 2.
The only reason I let you slide Namco for not having a Tekken 6 out on PS3 by now is because you are making Afro Samurai and Naruto UNS. Good thing I sprung for T5DR Online it would be a very dry season if not. Hopefully the T6BR has a tag mode. That would redeem the wait.

The PS3 already makes ps2/ps1 games smoother, better AA. This looks like its going further though and would be an added insentive for 360 owners to upgrade to the next system at launch.
When I read the title I was expecting they where going to build the hardware to have a memory expansion or something. Like Genesis or N64.
Edit: Hit the PS button while playing a ps2 game on PS3 and you will have the option to use smoothing. Why would i lie?
Crisis Core was great, and Dissidia , parasite eve 3rd birthday look good. They have not fallen they are just spread to thin with so many projects these days.
They maybe to concentrated on making profit since the time when they almost failed after making the spirits within movie and there stock went to penny's. They have swung to a buisiness mode that is less concentrated game and more like EA.
I agree the closed mega theater needs to be bulldozed.

@FantasyStar good point, I always wonder whats coming next though and look forward to hearing whats in R&D. Like you say though its much more gratifying to enjoy the present, and near future. This Holiday through early 09 is looking like one of the greatest time periods in history (despite a world wide recession that many fears could lead to depression).
