Nintendo has not been announcing games way ahead of time for two years now. People where saying 2019 looked bare because of the lack of announced games. And it turned out to be the largest AAA game lineup since it has been out. Infact, it lead all consoles in the number of AAA games this year. When will article writters catch on?

? for one game? xbox has over 85 rpg's.. PS4 has 385 rpgs. SWITCH is only two games short of 500 RPG's. Plus it has plus it is now finally getting the trails of games starting next year. SWITCH is bring all the handheld rpg developers on hand.

Actually the SWITCH pro controller is a copy of the WII U Pro controller. It is very simular except for the plug that goes into the system. If services take off why would a publisher spend 20 million to make a AAA game when they can just spend one tenth of that and put it on a service? Right now the other 10 percent of games is used to bring people in. Soon after services are a big thing they can lower what they put into the games. Games are an art if they cut their own throat with being cheap people will drop gaming and it will become rare to get a A game.

1, Try Fire emblem 3 houses (HIGHLY rated)
2, Try Dragon quest xi it has 64 more hours of gameplay plus more voice acting, more towns, a 3/4 overhead graphics mode you can instantly switch between and better music quality and more tracks do to square making enhancements.

Okay okay I't had Kinect for last launch. Why not add another blunder for this launch? Microsoft can say we are not trying to get rid of physical games. Sony and Nintendo can call Bull! sure It is a "option" /s.
Sure it is, then you will not have a option to put a disc in once your wife/parents by the cheaper one as a gift, not know it is costing you money and the future ownership of games on it.

Side note this list can't be right because Nintendo for the last 2 years have been releasing a games within a few months of teasing/announcing/ them. Some withing 3 weeks. Heck a few without ANY announcement. But I still like the attempt!
I think you like mainline rpg's, and great catchy music based off of your list. Dont get mad at me but the last two of the games I will recommend people assumed was action based! These two video proves they are TURN BASED.

@Wasabi I will answer since there was no answer. You asked to count the number of multi platform games. Out of the 26 games listed only ONE was multi platform. And it wasn't until number 21 MINECRAFT. Wow only Minecraft cracked the top 26. I would have thought that Doom or NBA, or soccer, NFL, or baseball, or Fortnite . or Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, would have made the top. But not against Nintendo's line up.
Nvidia is the performance leader in gpu's. If they want to and Nintendo is welling to pay then they can do it. The real problem with the SWITCH is the cost! The Majority of the cost involves the touch screen. This is why when you buy a laptop that has touch screen the specs are MUCH lower for the price your paying. If Nintendo does away with the screen THEN they can compete fully. If not then the will have to stick with subpar graphics.

Solideagle is talking about square saying FFVII will be spit into at least 3 parts because they can't put ALL of the content into one game. Which means a lot of big things will haved to be saved for parts 2 and 3 and possibly even more.
