If ND pulls this off, I'm buying it for sure. Hopefully future developers decide to do this when going for 60fps. If it can't happen then stay at 30.
Locked framerate should be number 1 goal. I am sick of frame drops, hitches and jitter.

I know I'm in the minority, but these games appeal to me more than MP shooters and co-op games these days. Maybe it's because I'm a lot older and don't have the time to be competitive again.

Well you're in for a big disappointment. Because it is a linear tps shooter. All AAA games will go for the sameness in their respective genre. If that bothers you then either stick with Indies or just don't buy a console.
For me I just hope this game has a real good story. That's what matters to me more these days than if the gameplay is samey. As long as the shooting is solid, it's all good.

Correction. The ESRAM in Xbox One is a bottleneck due to it including only
32MB. Had it been 64MB, it wouldn't have been an issue.
The ROPs on AMD cards are generally Bandwidth bound. So both consoles have bottlenecks anyways due to their bandwidth.
Well I am getting an Xbox next year regardless, so we'll see when I get my Xbox if it's out on PS4 or not.
It's hard to say if PS4 ain't getting this, since Insomniac owns the IP. That screams timed exlusivity to me.
Apple owns 95% of Music player business. Blu Ray is losing ground faster than they projected due to the success of Hulu, Netflix, etc. Their TV business has been in decline due to Samsung and LG offering TV's almost just as good for cheaper price.
Sony's been holding onto this belief that their stuff sells due to their name. And it has backfired 10 fold, they will have to make their TV's cheaper in order to compete again or these losses will continue to happen ...

The reason for the huge loss is massive left over, inventory from the sale of the PC division, since they only sold the name and whatever is associated with the name. They have to write all of this left over inventory as a loss. Hence why they don't want to sell TV division, because loss will be even bigger that year.
This game looks like a lot of fun. I'm gonna wait 6 months and see if a PS4 version comes. If not I will get it on Xbox.
I agree. Now if only they had made the more powerful console then I would have bought all multiplats on it. But because of their lack of insight on people who buy all consoles for games, I'm just buying exclusive games on the X1.

Man Xbox Video is crappy for me regarding right now. I watch a trailer and it's in french and I goto rent a movie and there's no 'Rent' button anywhere even though the option says 'buy or rent'. I've been way more successful with renting movies on the PSN. Problem is my PS4 is in my room, whereas the Xbox One is in the family room. It's really making it difficult to have a family movie night. What the hell MS? You want my money then fix this shit.
