i only got the game because there was nothing else to play on my 360. until i got rainbow 6 vegas, and now cod4, i also hate halo3. i wonder how KZ2 will be tho, hopefully itll bring a necessary change to console FPSs
just because a game looks good doesnt mean its a good game right away. and killzone liberation isnt an FPS.
i hate games that are hyped up and end up with garbage controls. lair + kane and lynch.
in an FPS every gun has to have a certain feel to it, or at least certain weapon classes have to feel slightly similar with some variation, like different sniper rifles should vary in range, ammount of ammo, damage, etc.

does this game offer anything new to console FPSs??. it looks awesome but i see low scores ahead if it doesnt do anything new besides look pretty. currently CoD4 is the king of console FPSs, if KZ2 can outdo CoD4 in terms of gameplay and the online modes then KZ2 might be the FPS to beat. so far all ive seen was a game that looked good, thats not a bad thing, but i wanna see more

but MGS isnt stealth...its a stealth shooter...have u played mgs3? have you seen the amount of guns u can get in the game and swap to ur weapon slots?
and yea 360 IS the fps console, look at the controller and its pretty obvious, the L/R triggers are like gun triggers and it feels more natural for an fps game on the 360 compared to the ps3 where the L2/R2 buttons sink in and looks weird..
and u forgot ninja gaiden, but 2 games isnt really gonna do much for MS..

but after buying the game it wasnt the game to destroy them all. it did live up to the hype in terms of sales but the game itself felt kinda disappointing. $130 spent for a game and a helmet -_-. im playing CoD4 more than h3. i havent even touched halo 3 since cod4 came out

definitly a huge improvement over what they did with battlefield 2. ive been keeping my eye on this one for like a year now and cant wait for this game to come out
what a letdown. i saw "killer instinct" and i got excited, then i read the rest of the title. i thought i was gonna be able to play another game kickin ass with sabrewulf
like u said the graphics were insane! the smoke effects had an anime cel shaded look, those pesky little bug robots that u can lock onto like 40 of them and blast them all with the laser blast. good times, and i forgot about zero shift and when u brought up the whole planet thing i got even more excited. a free roaming, no loading streaming, openworld ZOE would be amazing. like i said, i would preoder this game on the spot if its announced.

it hasnt even been out a month yet, there are still people [including me] thats getting a ps3 for christmas but havent bought any games for it yet
im dying for a zone of the enders sequel. the first one was pretty cool, flying a giant mech all over the place and destroying buildings, bridges and stuff, i only bought it because of the MGS2 demo but ZOE2 was freakin awesome. i can only imagine what they can do with these games with the power of current consoles. please hideo make another ZOE on whatever platform you want it on, i will preorder that s**t the minute its announced
but really, i wouldnt want it on the 360 either. kojima has said that its possible on 360 but he never said if it needed multiple discs to run it like mgs1 on ps1. but disc swapping is like 2 console generations ago so id rather play it on ps3 with the storage blu ray has than multiple discs.
cant say im really excited, i wanted the RE5 demo rumor to be true more than DMC4
i didnt buy cod3 cuz it wasnt IW so i just rented it and i was right, it wasnt really anything new but i bought cod4 and thats an awesome game. looks like cod5 will be another rent for me
