The worst FF i ever play
- Story sucks even though it has a couple of interesting idea
- Un-memorable main characters, except Sazh
- Graphic are beautifull
- Music have a couple of good tracks, but overall it's lacking especially without the victory fanfare
- The battle system is good, but it could be better if we can take control other party members
- The exploration are very dissapointing
- No mini games :/
Well, Xrd is a 5th game in the main series (cmiiw). So if you don't want to be lost with the story, i'll suggest you should read Guilty Gear wikia before getting Xrd, just to knew the basic of Guilty Gear world (what is Gear, the Holy War, relationship between characters, etc).

Yeah agreed. Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, and P4 Arena are awesome for both hardcore and beginners. And not just gameplay but three of them also have great story and music too. ArcSys definitely nail it.
Anyway, i missed SNK. What happen to them? We never hear any news from them this past two years. It's like they dissappear to the bottom of the earth. I need new KoF, Garou, and Samurai Shodown...
Oh man...just like the author i also grew up with capcom. Playing SF II and Final Fight on arcade and since then i put my faith on capcom.
I mean, who doesn't know capcom masterpieces such as Breath of Fire, Megaman, Onimusha, RE, DMC, Dino Crisis, Okami, God Hand, Viewtifull Joe, Ghost'n Ghoblins, Strider, MvC, Captain Commando, or Maximo?! Seriously, in the old days gamers always excited to hear capcom name. It's like hearing / watching a messiah doing his mira...

This is expected. SEGA didn't localize Yakuza 5, Yakuza Ishin, Yakuza HD collection, VC 3, PSO 2, PS Nova, and Shining Resonance.
Hell, SEGA even didn't care to make Virtua Fighter 6, new Shinobi, new Sakura Wars, VC 4, or remake their classic franchise such as Streets of Rage, Golden Axe, Shenmue, etc.
Now, they only focused on sonic, sonic, sonic, Miku, or Alien (Isolation looks good so i will buy it).

OT. I love japanese dub but personally i can endure bad english dub especially for games that barely got localize. Of course a good english dub like MGS, KH, Persona, or Catherine is a must.
But...i think it's a cool idea if more company created unique languages like ICO/SotC, Gravity Rush, or Al Bhed from FF X. Maybe with created unique language...

Yes Kratos story is finished, but not the GoW franchise. They can reboot it with new protagonist and new myth / setting.
Japan Studio rarely made games that suck
I'm excited for Bloodborne, Freedom Wars, Oreshika, and Gravity Rush 2.
But it would be cool if Japan Studio make a new Wild Arms, Dark Cloud, Legend of Dragoon, Patapon, and Siren for PS4/Vita.
Cmiiw, aren't they integrated PS Now for their high end Bravia TV's so people can play PS1, PS2, and PS3 games without buying consoles?

For handheld, yes, they are exclusive for vita because i don't see them on 3DS.

I have a hunch that Falcom will announce new YS (YS 8 or maybe a remake) for Vita.
And hopefully, Xseed will port YS Origin for Vita. I played Origin demo on steam and it's great. You have two playable character (not Adol) with their unique ability.

It doesn't matter if those game exist on other platform. Kantenkopf said vita doesn't have western support at all and i prove him wrong.
Beside, unique game is subjective. I can write ten articles about how Tearaway is a very unique game. But for other people, especially for ignorant fanboys who never play the game, they will bash Tearaway as "kiddies", "crap", "uninteresting", or any negative names you can thin...

No they aren't, but the quantity are decreasing from year to year.
Anyway, can't wait for Persona 5, Bravely Second, Demon Gaze 2, Oreshika, and Ar Nosurge. Those will enough to satisfy my hunger for turn based RPG.
