I'm buying two copy of this (PS3 + PS4). And yeah, that Ys, DQ Musou, God Eater 2, RE Revelations 2, Disgaea 5, and EDF are one killing combo for PS4.
If you like the 1st one i'm sure you will like this too. The voices act also sounds more natural imo.
But i don't know if you will like the debt features. The main character, Ludger, had a veryyyy big debt in the beginning of the game (20 million gald) and you must pay the debt little by little if you want to continue the main story. So far i don't have problem with it because the battle is very addictive. But i read some people didn't like it.
It is better. The battle are more smooth and fast. As Ludger, you have three weapons (dual sword, dual guns, and sledgehammer) that you can quickly change one into another while performing combo with your party. It makes the battle felt more dynamic.
Also, your partner have their own specific ability when you link-up with him/her. Example: when you link-up with Jude, he will heal you as fast as he can when you got knocked down by the enemies. But when you link-up with Alvin, ...
You can put RPG that still not popular like Hand of Fate in your list, but you can't even mention Bloodborne? WTF -_-

Already past chapter 10 and 35 hours+. The battle very addictive and i love the story and new characters. Definitely better than the 1st Xillia.

Only played the F2P version and i kinda like it (DoA 2 still my fav though). If this ver will include all DLC + TK doesn't make more DLC than i will buy it once i get PS4.
That's why i confused why Sega didn't use Atlus USA to localize Yakuza series. Atlus USA had a great history of localizing japanese games, especially games with lots of text / dialogues. There also company like Xseed, NISA, and Aksys that Sega can choose to localize Yakuza.
Also, a limited release of retail edition doesn't hurt them either. Considering there's company like NISA, Aksys, Xseed, and even Namco did it with some of their titles.

I agreed that 3 campaign are not needed. But Leon and Ada campaign are decent enough for me. If only capcom focused on making their campaign better and longer (less QTE, etc).
But i think RE series never have good stories. It always the same cliche theme about Umbrella or any evil pharmaceutical company doing their illegal experiment making B.O.W and in some way the virus infected lots of innocent people. RE 0, 1, 2, 3, and code veronica doesn't have all of those (there's optional item to upgrade handgun / shotgun though), so i kinda enjoyed RE 6 because it bring back some classic RE vibe when we can only get weapons / items from exsploring the area.

ArcSys (and Atlus) always support sony handheld with games like Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, XBlaze, and Arcana Heart. I'm not surprised if P4A coming to vita.
