It's been a long long time since i read the last article of "JRPG is doom", "JRPG is extinct", "JRPG is not relevant anymore", or something like that. But looks like someone starting to kick the dead horse again for a couple of hits...
Anyway, there's plenty of JRPG to play in the future. From Persona 5, Disgaea 5, FF Type-0, FF XV, KH 3, YS, Tales of Zestiria, Xenoblade, to SMT X Fire Emblem. A lot of people also anticipated this games. ...

Anime is the trademark of japanese and it's like 99% of JRPG used it. If you want JRPG that not so anime-like than maybe you should best play WRPG.

You can blame Nintendo + SE for that. They knew Dragon Quest is a very popular franchise and tons of non japanese wants to play it. But they don't have the guts to localize it.
But comparing DQ to this game is not necessary. Both games aim for different people.
I know right. Looking at the comparisson, the Franck Ribery from Fifa looks like a ghost. Very pale skin, his face doesn't look right compare to the real one, and it's like he doesn't have any weight or a bulimia.
We really really need more fighting games with samurai setting like Samurai Shodown, The Last Blade, Samurai X, Battle Arena Toshinden, or Bushido Blade!
Anyway i'm gonna get this, especially Samurai Shodown VI.

Fox Engine is a beast. Better lighting, realistic skin and cloth, and the face looks very similar and proporsional compare to Fifa. Just look at that Frank Ribery comparisson.

Look at how the player dribbling, shooting, tackling, heading, falling, etc. Also look at how the balls work. It's very smooth compare to Fifa who full of unnatural animation.

A disgrace to the series?
- It sit 80/100 on metacritic
- Sold like more than a million copies when vita fanbase still very small
- As a launch game, the graphic are top notch for a handheld and still one of the best for vita
- A lot of fans enjoyed and love it

Than you rather wait and play UC 4. Other people who wants to play Uncharted on vita will be happy because a lot of people enjoyed Golden Abyss.
I'm not gonna lie if i want a new Wild Arms, Alundra, Parasite Eve, or any classic PS franchise for vita.
But...with tons of devs pouring games after games for smartphone rather than making them for handheld (yes, i'm looking at you SE, capcom, and many more!) compare to a couple years ago where handheld still had a big market, than i don't expect much...

Also, the reviewer should make a couple of levels and share it. That way, people can see how much / creative the reviewer can use the creation tools and how far the different between LBP 2 and LBP 3.

Got the feeling it's not just PS4 remote play that gave vita a boost.
Recently vita owners just got 2 exclusive high quality games: Freedom Wars & Tales of Hearts R.
There are also games that appeal to mainstream audience like The Wolf Among Us, The Walking Dead season 2, Fifa 2015, Minecraft, and Lego Batman 3 that three of them didn't release on any handheld except vita.
Personally i don't know how much those games selling ...
