Agreed. Warrior's Roost and Magic Carta are one of many stuff that i really loved in Graces f.
Great review. I'm on 40 hours in this game. And i'm still on chapter 5 because there's a lot of side-quest to do that made me sidetrack from the main quest. Specially that arena in Warrior's Roost and Magic Carta mini game.

It's not that good? Than why it got 8/10 in this review. And YOU should play the game first before commenting "it's still a very mediocre tales of game", when the majority of tales of fans (including me) agreed that Graces f is one of the best tales that namco ever made. Specially the battle system. Not even Xillia or Vesperia can touch Graces f addictive battle system.

Xillia is not the best tales this gen. The majority of Tales fans agreed that Graces f is the best tales this gen, specially for the adictive battle system. You should try it.

Half years since the released in japan and SE still drowned for 13-2 hype. So the chance they will localize type-0 are very small. Besides, SE aren't like Xseed, Aksys, or Atlus who still brave to take a risk by releasing their game for PSP in the west.
Journey got a lot of great scores. I saw 9 or 10 everywhere. And Tales of Graces f also got a good score. So a terrible month of gaming not good? Not really.
I played the public beta a couple weeks ago. Even i don't have headset to comunicate with other people, but i had fun with this game. It's funny but also cool to see how people build those fortress to protect the flag. So i consider to buy it when it released on may.

Honestly, i don't mind if TN want more focus with the story. But what they should do is not to downgrade the gameplay mechanic that Itagaki already made in NG 1 & 2. Instead, TN should upgrade it with more difficult / brutal enemies with good camera angle.

Yup. A lot of Tales fans agreed that Graces had the most fun and best battle system in the whole series. I myself on chapter 2 and i used a lot of my time for experimenting my combos in battle. It's so addictive and i can't put the controller down XD

If you talked about "right now" than yes i much much prefer Tales series over FF. But if you talked PS1 / PS2 era than i loved both series because they gave amazing experiences for me.

I agreed that some tittles from you're list are being crap lately. But Persona are MIA? P4 just released 3 years ago and this year we got Persona 2: Eternal Punishment (PSP), P4: Golden (Vita), and P4: Arena (PS3/360). Also Atlus already confirmed that they on the drawing board (maybe further) for Persona 5.
