Yeah i knew Shirow always done that stuff. All of his girls are super badass-hot chicks and they always pleased my eyes (heheh). But this past years his artbooks became focused on the erotic stuff. Hah! just my prediction that Sony keep Demon's Souls 2 or whatever the title they use really tight on their chest. They don't want this game leak to soon and got shadowed by 1st party titles such as infamous, driveclub, uncharted, or any 3rd party titles (exclusive or non exclusive). Oh well, take your time Sony :)

Sega need to localize them all. But lately i learn some japanese to play Yakuza 5 and someone already made a detailed Y5 guide in english. So, if there's no single hope about localization than i just buy the japanese version and play it with a guide.

They shouldn't reboot it. Just remake the 1st and 2nd one than continue with the 4th game.
But let's see what capcom can do with the reboot. Hopefully they still stick with the survival horror root and use Regina as the main character. We need more kick ass chick with a red hair :3

You should forget this stigma. Japanese gamers are interested with western games, but not every western games got localized for their country, the same problem with western gamers who wants to play japanese games but not all games got localized.

Atlus is not the developer of Demon's Souls. So i assume Sony / From Soft just keep the title tight on their chest. They want to build the hype in the right time and of course Sony also respect From Soft / Namco did with Dark Souls 2. Maybe 3-4 months after Dark Souls 2 released, they will spill the infos.
Let's see...
1) An open world game did really well in japan. Example like Yakuza who always sold at 300-500k. Last year GTA V also did very well at 700k+, exceeded my personal prediction about 100k.
2) Superheroes movies got big attention this past years. People around the world loved Iron Man, Batman, Avengers, Spidey, etc, and japan is not an exception.

Oh i thought he got lay-off too. About his game, i search everywhere but no valid confirmation about his game got cancelled. That's weird because sony always give confirmation if their games got cancelled, canned, or still in developement, just like they did with Getaway 3, 8 Days, and The Last Guardian. But if it's true than i hope someday he can continue that new IP again.
