Yeah I’d rather they lower the resolution and work on higher texture quality and more particle effects. I mean what’s the point of a game being 4K and looking like halo: Reach?
Insomniac had like one game on Xbox. Fact is: Sony makes new IPs, MS pays for existing Multiplatform IPs to not appear in other consoles.
I hate the fact that it’s not be able to play the new space based RPG or ES6 but when it comes down to it: God of war: Ragnarok>>>>> any Bethesda game. It’s not even a contest. If Sony acquires From Software, then they will have the best studios in the world and it won’t even be close.
Think MS is already laying the groundwork for console-free gaming for the future.
I think this is MS really pushing the Xbox game pass and we’ll soon be downloading the Xbox app from PSN.

@Noskypeno I never knew MGSV came out on the PS3. I just saw the ps3 and PS4 comparison and I’m flabbergasted. That ps3 was one helluva machine.
Don’t like this. Good games take time. God of war took almost 5 years to perfect. Ghost and Days Gone would have easily scored 90+ on metacritic if they were given more time. They’ve made enough cash, Sony should start investing in even more studios.

Hate to admit it but Avowed looks really intriguing. Everything else was a snoozefest but MS finally has an IP that I want. If they get a few more of these new IPs in along with the rumoured purchase of WB games, Sony will finally have real competition. To people on the thread celebrating that HZD is not an exclusive anymore. Congrats on finally playing it after 3 and a half years. Lol. Y’all know Sony bought it to pc just to make the pc people thirsty for HZD 2 on ps5.

Yeah Abby was perfectly fine with losing her friends (including a pregnant woman, her lover, being starved and tortured for months (probably even raped). It all turned out perfectly well for Abby. Next time play a game before talking about it.

Exactly this. What would have happened if Tlou 2 turned out to be just another generic revenge story. Like that hasn’t been done a million times before. Tlou 2 was trying to do something different it got panned mostly by people who prolly only watched other people play it on YouTube or breezed through it on easy mode. I have had so many arguments with people who claimed to have played the game but turns out they were lying which became apparent as soon as the discussion of the game got deeper...
