Well, year and a half ago, the production price for PSV was around 160$, probably price is reduced so the 500-550$ is not impossible.
I think is quite possible, but at 550$ price. If PS Vita Mega Pack bundle cost around 170€ ( 10 games and 8GB MC ), PS4 + PS Vita at 550$. Why not? It will be a big deal, a better deal than XO + Kinect who doesn't like everybody.:)
But MegaTextures Carmack use with Rage a few years ago. Carmack knew that will be very useful in the near future.:) I hope we will see Doom 4.

But i think clockspeed returned to regular 800 MHz + 3 because a downclock speed for 50 MHz and yield problems about 2 months ago.

How about 7 gigabytes? I think that's kind of outlandish but LET'S JUST SUPPOSE. If apps can't run within that last half gig of memory we can just suspend the whole thing and give the whole 7.5 gigabytes to the game.
