I think the main issue that DC is 30fps is that it's in a closed, track environment. FH2 is different as it's in a huge open world.
Either way, I'd prefer 60fps on my racers

@hkgamer I didn't like the handling in gta4. It was easy and fun to control cars in gtav.
Only reason their phones/tablets aren't huge success' is due to ipads/phones being fashionable.. The Microsoft counterparts blow them out the water, but it's not the 'cool' thing to have.. It's sad. Really sad.
Playstation has LBP/Minecraft, xbox has spark/Minecraft.. Wii u gets Mario maker. Maybe it would have been good at the beginning of last gen?
Vehicles in gta 5 are fun to drive.. Driving in watchdogs is plain infuriating!
