It is a good thing. CP is going to be a norm next gen. Sony probably is making an open (or close?) API for that. For sure they won't use MS's "solution".
There are many things we don't know. Maybe they're doing something wrong. War Thunder was a game initially released for X360. There maybe disparity in content or temporary contracts with Microsoft. Sony would not accept that.
CP on PS4 will always be a test. It will become reality on PS5, as many said before.
