This is all bull...! We devs allways find technical constraints. Some are not hardware side but they will be there always.

I have a better solution: make the project cost less. We can have a lot of fun just playing games focused on better gameplay and not cut edge graphics. Consoles are becoming obsolete too quickly and the technology industry is increasingly taking more money out of our pockets. The consumer should again dictate the pace of this growth. It is no wonder that the indie game market has grown so much. It is a clear answer that AAA games are going the wrong way.
