What point are you trying to make? That's not straight up denying it. Look at their response when asked about a PS4 version.
The fact that they haven't straight up denied it's coming to PC should tell you all you need to know.

The PS4 gets better optimized versions, It's why consoles hit above their weight.
A disappointing game doesn't need to be bad. Just needs to fail to fulfill the hopes or expectations of (someone).
For me it's probably GTA4, it got great reviews and was the follow up to San Andreas, but I hated pretty much everything about it. Boring unlikable characters, the cars handled terribly, the gun play was average, boring city, crap minigames, "wanna go bowling Niko" and it just wasn't fun at all. The story was alright but besides that I just didn't like much else, so disappointing.
Didn't expect it to be that much of a difference, due to the artstyle. It's night and day between them.

The difference being the PS3 had a huge selection of games to choose from (AAA and Indie), the PS4 currently does not.
If it's so bad unsub (if you even have a sub). Crying about it isn't going to change a thing.

I think after The Last Guardian Sony would agree with you. It's probably why we don't know what most of their studios are doing yet.
Oh, okay, I wouldn't be that surprised if we hear about Dishonored 2 within the year then. VGA/X would probably be when. Or Sony's PlayStation Event in December, but I don't think that's focusing on 3rd party games much.
Isn't the dev studio working on something else (rumoured to be Prey 2) currently?
Dishonored 2 will probably happened when they're finished, unless someone else develops it.
Different developers, so you can (and probably will) get both.
I don't think it'll sell well, just because it's a terrible time for a new I.P. No MCC bundle could help it though.
I hope I'm proven wrong though, Insomniac's return to form should be rewarded.
