It won't, it might not release on the 360, but the Xbone version won't be cancelled, it'll probably be marketed as a PS4 exclusive though.

People really should wait before jumping to conclusions, it could definitely be that Sony paid for it not to show up on Xbone, or it could just be Capcom not having enough money to develope for all 3 platforms at once and decided that the PS4 and PC versions should get priority, due to their bigger market share. Either way just wait, we'll know soon enough.

Could MS have under priced it (by mistake most likely)? The PS4 and Steam versions are more expensive.

They probably won't, maybe a little teaser, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Barlog said they don't expect to have anything to show for awhile, not even by E3 2015.
I don't see how a Halo/Gears crossover would work, maybe little easter eggs implying that they share the same universe, but nothing more, it would be really unnecessary too.

The biggest criticism I saw for LBP3 (this is the Vita Version), was that it is/was very buggy, besides that most reviews I read were positive.

They seem to be focusing on the Japanese market a lot next year, so it will probably get wider. Releasing in China Isn't going to hurt either.
