ME3s ending speaks wonders to the fact that multiplayer was stupidly included. And the fact that you use AC as an example further dilutes the validity. AC is ubisofts cash cow annual release the story has suffered since. And uncharted never needed it.

Alan wake was originally supposed to be a survival horror open world game. Instead remedy pussied out, and made it a third person action thriller. They lost brownie points for making it a 360 exclusive too. I mean come on, unless its got the word perks, killstreaks, or duty in it, it wont sell on Xbox.

Buck Fioware. Its a game, not a relationship, I dont need closure. What I will simply do now is play mass effect 1 with a new character, import that character into mass effect 2 and have Shepard die at the end of the game. For me mass effect ends with the second.

Understand that the comment is disappointment directed toward the inclusion of a feature that wasn't in previous installemtns of the franchise. Im sorry I would of liked a return to the days where the aliens and avp franchise was its own unique entity. Im fully aware of the shooter universe outside of cod thanks. But I expect to see similarities of course, like the inclusion of a sprint feature, ads, some type of perk system, and im sure regenerative health. Sad that has to be include...
What's really sad in the end is mass effect wont be remembered for the story, characters, or experience. When we look back, it will be remembered for its horrendous conclusion and backlash. That it split fans of the series into two camps, one that wanted a real conclusion and refused to accept a terrible ending, and fucking idiots. Sad rememberence of one if my favorite franchises.
