I think people are saying it's too little too late because they feel the game wasn't up to their standards. Therefore, when they were looking for DLC to change things up it wasn't there. Now a lot of gamers moved on to other games so they're not as interested as before. And who can blame them? There's lots of games out right now, it'll be hard to play them all. But we'll see how well the DLC sells, I think it'll do ok.

I agree, i thought the show was pretty good. I haven't really seen many though (this was my second). He doesn't really seem like a biased fanboy to me and thought he was pretty fair.

I think you're off on your analogy. But i do get what you're trying to say. The reason i think it's off is because if you do have 4 artists painting a quarter of a painting, simultaneously, then it will be done quicker. Because if it takes them each 15mins to do their quarter and they start at the same time they'll be done with the painting in 15mins.
Anyway, it does look awesome.
There's already two threads on here about NXE bringing issues with it (freezing and RROD) and another regarding slower loading speeds when you install certain games (like Halo 3).
But i guess that's just bad karma for those laughing at Sony when their firmware update was a little glitchy. A little lesson to us all. Just be humble and play your games.
Especially because it doesn't have to directly compete with another game in it's same genre. There's no other game that offers you what LBS does in the way that it does. But it is a great game and that always helps. Sony just needs to continue advertising it and it should continue to do well.
I think a big factor in who will "win" this gen will have to do with how long MS supports the 360.
I think it's too early to say how much money and support they will end up winning or losing. This gen is totally different to the last. There's a lot more competition coming from the left and right. It'll be interesting to see in the end how Sony handled it. They were at the top last gen and therefore had a lot more to lose than everyone else. So far i think they've done well. We're only two years into their projected 10yr life cycle so there's going to be plenty more to see.

People were hyping Too Human left and right. LBP is/was hyped too, but the difference is that LBP delievered more in quality than Too Human according to Reviews. Either way, LBP is a great game but we've yet to see what kind of legs it has.
What problems with COD4 did you experience? I've had it for almost a year and haven't really experienced any problems. I think i remember the servers maybe going down once. But to call one version over the other superior is foolish. Both look about the same, sometimes the PS3 version looked better, other times the 360 version looked better imo. None of us would notice any difference if we were actually playing through it and not looking at it under a microscope. Some games look slightly...
