So did I. I even wrote them a letter with one or two suggestions and told them to hurry up with more of it...
The level design of the first one was bland as hell. I wish they would do what other devs seem to do. And thats actually going out and soaking up real life and adding a little twist to it. Look at Gears and Uncharted...beautifully scenery. I won't mention Halo because those guys level designs are...those guys are very creative.
I can't believe I actually agree with Too Pawned. Anyway, the game looks great, sucks I have to wait until 2011 though...
"Crytek decides to run through a hefty chunk of gameplay in real-time to prove that what we are witnessing isn't an elaborate smoke and mirrors act.
As with most real-time demonstrations, it lends a clumsy but authentic feel to the demonstration; indeed, it's easy to picture that what Crytek shows off is the exact same experience gamers at home will have (especially given whichever Crytek employee was at the controls had almost no aim whatsoever with their shotgun).

Crysis 2 is the best looking game on console. Boom.
There's your takeaway statement. There's your excuse to scurry for the comments section foaming at the mouth, dismiss this article as the ranting of as a clueless moron who doesn't know what he's talking about or read on in interest. Perhaps even all three.
But however you react, Crysis 2 is what it is. It's the best looking game on console. Or rather, the best looking game on 360.
"What about Pla...
You're right and the other os option was one of the things I bragged about on the PS3 whenever someone wanted to know what the PS3 had to offer over the 360...
Is that the same engine as GTA4? Because I don't remember it looking this damn good.
I agree! Whats even more crazy is the fact that the 360 was only out a year when Gears showed us what HD console gaming was about, and wasn't a 1st party developed game either.
Someone needs to change that title. The word "game" needs to be placed in there somewhere...
Never did I hear or think it was 22,000 pages. But I did read the cover story in GI that said it was 2,200...
You're really reaching there. And I'm rather sure MS offers a disc exchange of some sort. Come to think about it, if you read your case manual, I'm sure it has a warranty on discs that covers the cost for scratches.
I'm having a sh*tty day at work and this definitely puts a smile on my face :) and also an OMG =O
This popped up probably about 4 years ago, at least thats when I heard about it, maybe longer. I seen it in a movie recently, I can't think of the movie though. Anyway, as far as being better than the other devices, I really don't see anything better that the Novint is doing...
The first Gears' campaign was great, but the second one I felt, was a little bloated. Anyway, I hope they bring Gears 3 this Fall. The online of this franchise is my favorite. I'll dib and dab a little with other games' offerings, but I always come back to Gears...
Truth, why don't you disappear?
I don't tend to gravitate toward the type of music that this person creates, but if this Jack White person is any good then people should take his advice.
I think I would be a good tester although I would consider myself the "core" gaming audience instead of the "hardcore". I play my games on the easiest levels first to see if the game is worth my time, and to also play around in the world of the game. On easy mode I can soak in all that the game has to offer whether good or bad. If I like the game I'll play it 3 or 4 times usually, each time for a different/harder difficulty experience.
The sad thing is, I thought this game was coming out this month. Why? I have no f*cking clue, but I got my hopes up and I'm pissed...at myself.
Yeah, I have to agree with you on that. It has me actually thinking about skipping Tri or getting Tri later on down the line. But then again, Tri is looking rather sweet also. Sigh! Decisions, decisions...
I hope Epic doesn't listen or read comments like this and think its a good idea. The term "not a good idea" comes to mind.
