The thing is though, PS3 extremist will make it seem as though their exclusives are on the level of Crysis when they compare 360 games to PS3 games. This is why I can't, nor should anyone else, take them seriously. The 1 or 2 games that look better on the PS3, do so slightly. The word slightly is an under utilized term in these sort of arguments. Redorangejuice, what do you think will happen when the PS3 is finally "maximized"? Do you think it will output anything that looks even remotely as good as the first Crysis? Its not going to happen, its a console....
You're right, games don't have to have the best graphics to be good games. Look at KZ2, GOW3, etc. etc...
Thats just the way it is, nothing beats the real thing. I can usually tell how a game is going to end up, minus environmental textures.

You went through all that typing to point out one console has less exclusives...and you leave out the xbl games<----aren't those exclusive?
If they were saying that, then they are fools just like anyone who hasn't played any game that hasn't came out yet. But I'll let you know my verdict when I play it on May 18th. I might even buy some motion capture stuff and nitpick every game in my collection and do the compare and contrasting thing, lol.
thats why I never thought KZ2 nor Infamous looked amazing, and there is a lot more going on or should I say isn't going on with those games. But thats the norm of console games, I mean they look great for what type of power they're using. Its all trickery of the eyes. What ever is closer to the camera or screen is going to have WAY more polys and stuff further away...less. I thought this was already understood?!?!?
For graphics just get a pc because if this news hurts people feelings then another console won't be helping their needs.
I thought it was obvious, but fanboys will stand by their favorites. I got a few articles for the major fanboy side on n4g that will get me 1000 disagrees, lol.
Me either! I'm slightly more excited about this than Alan Wake, but there's no way in hell I'm missing either one!
I don't need to defend either platform by Nintendo. But I will say even though you can hack the PSP, it doesn't have any games worth the effort let alone anything worth hunting for, to change my mind...atm anyway.
