and becuase we are all too certain that Blu-Ray players won't recieve a price drop also..not to mention better exclusives this holiday..HD-DVD..will win..lol..right..not even the mighty Transformers could have turn the tides for the already dead format...

as we all know Sony is never a company to announce things ahead of time..im sure they can more than afford to drop the price when the most important shopping season arrives ...with all the major Blu-Ray backers.losing a sum of cash will eventually paying off in software sales.....we will see a price drop..not to mention some sweet movie bundles...

blu ray has one advantage *not any more* and thats storage space *not anymore* HD DVD can do any thing blu ray can now...???
So can HD-DVD players even manage the supposedly 51GB disk..without breaking...Blu Ray...will have a 100GB..not to mention the 200GB...ohh yeah which disked just got hacked..??
