is this open to the public
good review. this game has seriously taken the attention off of a few other games for me. can't wait to see what is leaked next, more importantly can't wait to see how bungie pulls it off
Reminds me of thew "5 ways to keep your man happy " articles in the grocery store checkout line. There is no secret formula, things to improve, absolutely but we can't see past tomorrow. Here's to the next gen,
happy gaming
very true. i guess for me what sepperates destiny from any number of sifi shooters, is it's ambitiousness. as 3-4-5 said below it seems as if destiny will be the lovechild frankenstien monster of great video games, while bungie still searches for more ways to bring it innovation
published and developed are two different things
internet connection because it is mmo-esque with a "living" universe.
ps3 release with ps4 looming over our heads...you got me there
we will log on and play...
MMO-esque fps with a "living universe" that continues wether or not you are logged in. inter planetary travel and prosumably space battles, magic confirmed, expansion already in the works to keep the legth of the destiny universe continuing for a hopeful 10 yr mark. how they will reach that goal, I am curious but optimistic. also the story is : planet earth after a thriving golden age of colonizing pace is crushed and nearly wiped out in a combined effort by aliens from neighboring ...
not to troll but the game hasn't been announced for the PC yet :( even when boldly asked of a pc release
-_- or it's, a you know, required aspect of an mmo. not to mention Microsoft has no creative integral hand in this game. Bungie is free now
These are the same people who don't want to play eve, , or guild wars because they require an online connection. Bungie is out to trick customers out of a few dollars by requiring a connection, it's seeking an audience that is looking to play an mmo-esque game. thats why they are telling us now, probably a year before launch, that it will require an internet connection. imagine how weird dark souls would be without online connection (hints, coop, random attacks). it would still be pla...
Haven't been this amped for a game in a while. bungie seems to be handling this like their baby, and already have a rich history of the game's story and expansions planned. Hope they get what they are aiming for and keep the next 10 yrs fresh
wow. I haven't this excited for a game since mgs4. just reading this makes me anxious for E3. openworld mmo-esque, open co-op (players in the same part at the same time can be seen and interacted with irrc) or single player, space travel via ships, fresh new planets available with every expansion, an evolving universe, realtime time line, and an emersive ever growing story that expands as time in the real world goes on, customization, vibrant ans deep story that spans over 100'-s of y...
I like microsoft products, but I wish they'd treat everything like they do thier "rumor policy" and just not comment
these rumors are getting tiresome. I understand that we are all anxious for new info, but why not just wait for an official announcement.
If this doesnt check out Edge will lose its credibility especially since they've basically put their confidence into a rumore
Holy crap there are so Many hurt famboys here lol. Lol understand that Sony is a company they don't need a crusade oud online defenders. As oud Microsoft., cut the obsessive brand fanatics and enjoy the games. Both consoles will have great things to offer. Man they things aren't even released, not even officially released. Simmer down, take it down to a 6 n4g.
time spiltters, awesome time
One reason why COD4MW remains the best : you can't replicate the past
article doesn't actually address bungie's history with the game at all( been in the works since odst and supposedly conceptual since Halo 2). It kinds of comes off as a platform to bash Destiny, pegg it as a cheifless halo and take shots at bungie for not being the "same studio from Halo :CE".....you know the one that dropped over a decade ago. the best part is that all the game has to show are concept art and 6-7 seconds of ingame walking. It gives us something to talk abou...
