The only thing they said to be improved was visuals, as to be expected from a game coming out later. Nothing was said about more content, you're getting the DLC content that the 360 already got. Also better controller? PS3 controller better for an FPS? As for the 360 exclusive, it was a console exclusive, it wasn't on the PS3 or Wii. Besides, M$ is also in the PC gaming business, they win either way.

There isn't one, they give you the memory card instead. It is why the bundle is so cheap.

It was already on the 360/PC. You're not even getting any new content, just slightly bumped up visuals and the DLC we already have.
That matters how? Blu-ray doesn't improve games in the least bit. That DLC would have easily fit on the DVD. Also the 360 DVD drive is superior for gaming over blu-ray, no need to replicate data and make that extra space redundant.
