Look at how disguising the PSN community is. That is somewhat because the service is free and also the fact that the Playstation brand attracts complete idiots. Making it free could lure some of those lemmings over to the 360 brand quicker (we all know they all will convert soon enough). This wave of lemmings would just bring Live down to PSN level, almost at least.

Over 8 million sold worldwide, not even a year after its release. Fastest selling game EVER at that. You not liking it does not make it overhyped, something selling that well and still doing as well as it does proved it isn't overhpyed. Stop being a fanboy.

Also of course Halo 2 is still number 1, it was one of the last great Xbox games, at least the last great one with multiplayer. They'll enjoy this victory this week but next week, it is back to the same.
