Another home console flop would do them in. They've always had flop followed by success followed by flop followed by success. Two flops in a row would really hurt them.

Before Skyrim is interesting, but I guess it'd have to show the Empire in their glory days rather than the sorry state they are in during Skyrim.

Hopefully most of these titles will make their way over to Xbox One, otherwise I'll probably just wait till I get a PS4 a little after launch.
Halo TV series
I've played it, it's pretty fun but it's no Forza, GT or GRID. Cool game but I can't see the full version selling that well, considerin a stripped down version is free on PS+.
Most people I speak to on the internet are getting a PS4, but most people I know irl are getting the Xbox One.

I doubt it's FIFA, as they said it's an Xbox One exclusive. Also one that hasn't been revealed yet. It has to be first party for them to be able to sink the cost.
I'd say maybe Banjo, Crackdown, a Kinect game (better be good or the backlash would be big) or something completely new.

Nintendo support were pretty top notch last time I dealt with them. I'm no Nintendo fan but credit where it's due.
Never dealt with the other 2 so I couldn't tell you. All I will say is 2K support is worse than aids.
