No it doesn't, but it does come with earbuds (if you consider that a headset) similar to how my original PSP included earbuds. Doesn't matter to me, as I consider myself a gamer and will invest in turtle beach headsets for both xb1 & ps4. Just as I did with my x360 & PS3.
I definitely would like to opt in for the original policies as well. I loved the idea of family sharing, I loved the idea of no longer needing disc. Actually you could, as I use to play COD Modern Warfare 2 tethering my iPhone running on edge network. Back when I was running a jailbroken iPhone 1, I was also in a party chat, and didn't experience any lag during my xbox live multiplayer matches. So yes you could actually game on 3G.
Well I agree, I have been a HALO fan since the original Xbox. Prior to the creation of Xbox live/online gaming which we can thank MS for pushing the console industry in this direction.
