After today's announcement that Crackdown 1 & DR2 are available to download for free, I have a strong feeling they will announce Crackdown 3 at GamesCom. They have to! That's one sandbox game I have spent hours on end just collecting orbs hahaha! I love that franchise. They will probably announce something like "Buy Crackdown 3 on XB1 and receive a BETA KEY for access to HALO 5 Beta hahaha"
Why does everyone keep saying what happened to their marketing? I was surprised to see it being marketed at the AMC theater last week when I watched Wolverine. Then I watched Pacific Rim and a PS4 commercial was shown hahaha! Although the PLAYSTATION commercial didn't show the console, while Microsofts add did.
Nothing happened with their marketing. Trust me, it's being marketed in places you have no interest in, thus being able to reach a broader audience. Soon it will show up on every talk show in America, probably even end up on QVC hahaha!

KILLZONE 2 was suppose to be the HALO killer. This KILLZONE is visually stunning, and has some unique gameplay elements. I can't wait to try it out as I'm not buying a FPS as my launch purchase as of now.
This was the first game I pre ordered, alongside my XB1. Literally 5 minutes after Microsoft's E3 conference ended, I went straight to GameStop and put my $105 bucks on the counter.
Well I guess it's a good thing I'll be able to decide which next gen console to get it on :-). First world problems hahaha! Either XB1 for gamerpoints, or PS4 for extra content? Leaning towards extra content, but I consider myself lucky to not have to play it on my X360 or PS3.
I still have to cram batteries in my Wii Remote. I'm buying a play and charge kit for my XB1 console. Won't have to buy anything but a PS Eye and Vita for my PS4. While everyone continues to argue and decide on allegiances, I'll be snapping back and forth between my PS4 day one and XB1 day one.

Funny you say that, but Microsoft's marketing approach can be unique at times. Example when I began undergrad back in 2001, prior to the XBOX release date, my dorm was given an XBOX 3 weeks before launch. It sat in our lobby, with 2-3 games for us to enjoy until Microsoft returned 3 weeks later to retrieve the console. Although, at the time I had my Dreamcast and PS2 in my dorm room, it was enough to convince me to purchase an XBOX at launch. So did the rest of the gamers in my dorm as we...
You should have put (finally) after Agent as well hahaha! I remember when the Sony rep came into my store to update our PLAYSTATION 3 kiosk at the time and was telling me about the Agent. How disappointed I was when it was canned, but now it's looking like it will have new life on PS4 :-)

Sony's camera is not the same as Microsofts camera. So I doubt Sony can just sit and watch what KINECT breakthroughs are and apply them to the eye. The eye doesn't even have a 720p lens, while KINECT 2.0 has a 1080p lens. We are talking about two different pieces of hardware.
Microsoft's camera is way more advanced than Sonys offering, because that is apart of Microsoft's focus. While Sony decided not to invest heavily into developing...
Not sure, but I was manager of a GameCrazy store at the time. I will say this, just because people pre order something for $5 doesn't guarantee they will purchase that item when it's released.

I think the first time you change your gamertag it's free? Not sure, anyone can verify this, but I believe it's free the first time you change your gamertag. I have a Family GOLD account with my nephew/cousins with me having control over the account. It's actually a sweet deal, and allows me to transfer Microsoft points I may have left over to the other account members. They call it an allowance lol, but it's better than me using my credit card for their purchases.

Funny I pre ordered my PS4 immediately after the E3 conference, and the first and only game I pre ordered was Second Son. I was pissed when I found out it wasn't a launch title, as it's looking like the only PS4 exclusive I will have at launch is Watch Dogs.
