You can't get banned from playing a legit copy of a game. Regardless of how early you have it. Microsofts and even Bungie addressed this years ago around HALO3 release.

Yet you took the same control scheme and shooting mechanics from Max Payne 3, and copied it directly over to GTAV?. Still BS! The only reason this game is being released on current gen is because of the install base, nothing else. hahahaha! It sure does have a lot of lens flares lol.....I'm just not sold on the overall gameplay, which is why I'm considering canceling my pre order. At this moment I only have watch dogs and KILLZONE pre ordered for my PS4. Forza, DR3, FIFA14 for my XB1. Although, I may add AC Black Flag for PS4 because of the use of the touchpad on the controller :-)
