@Christopher I don't think you get it, I don't need to prove I knew of the outfit before buying, the outfit is on the disc and the tampering is on the update.
They have sold me a product then tampered with it.

People are getting a refund to buy instead the uncensored physical version (as long as you don't update).
Nice gaslighting, people have the right to ask for a refund if they were sold one product and got another. It's not up to you or Sony to decide what others can enjoy.
Good, then people can buy the uncensored disc version (don't accept the day 1 patch!) and play the game as intended.
