It costs cents but why go through all the work when they can just drop them online and rent them or sell you a license they can rescind later on? Or better yet, launch another platform and make you buy it all over again?

Any day of the week and twice on sunday, I just got the Soul Reaver collector's edition and will get Expedition 33 Lumiere edition when it restocks on October (I already bought 1 physical edition new to play it) and they're luxurious.
Meanwhile digital is a full-priced license that can be taken away anytime.

Personally I just want my playstation to bebackwards compatible, a reliable machine and physical media to exist. I don't really care if they release games in other platforms, but that's just me.
